The 1st Newsletter tells about the objectives and expected results of the project “New life of old parks” funded by the Latvia-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020, the first activities of the project: a seminar on management of manor parks (Pushkinskiye Gory, 10-12 November 2019) and the beginning of work on improvement of the “Bear Garden” in Balvi (Latvia), as well as about the plans for the next reporting period.
