The Palace of the Viku estate was built by Baron von Mengden in 1890. It is built in the style of neo-Gothic brick without a tower, with a laid roof, which makes the building closer to the architecture of suburban mansions. On the facade of the not abandoned red brick, yellow brick cornices and decorated with decorative-brick Windows and doors perfectly come out.
The Park area is 2.5 ha. The Park is built as a narrow strip on the Bank of the Salaca river. Stone staircases lead from the building along the river, which on both sides contain heavily thickened plantings of trees and shrubs. On the other side of the building is a front yard with circular driveways. The plantings are based on local tree species.
