The Seja estate’s water tower, the oldest in Latvia, built in 1902, has been well preserved to this day. The Seja manor house is an 18th-19th century building. At the end of the 19th century (1883-1885), the house was rebuilt, in its modest features of a Baroque mansion, refined neo – Gothic decorations are highlighted-openwork cast iron tints, balustrades and sandricks.

The Park has an area of 7.68 hectares. The Park is built around the castle, in a high hill. On the West side of the castle is the main courtyard, where an alley leads from the North-East. To the South of the front yard on the slope is a group of plantings. Plantings are based on the main types of woody trees. On the South side of the Park grows the second largest oak in Latvia – its circumference at breast height is 8.7 m, a height of 28 m.
