The formation of the current center of the Ranka estate probably began after 1724, the residential building of the estate was built around the 18th century and subsequently expanded many times. More extensive alterations took place from 1836 to 1866, when the layout, interior and facade of the estate were created in accordance with the prevailing classicism style of the time. After the Second world war, the castle, which was almost in ruins, was assigned to the Ranka’s agricultural school, which tried to restore the building, but in 1986 and 1990, in two fires, the castle was destroyed.
