In the documents, the Malnava manor was mentioned in 1774. The building is designed in the classical style with baroque features. In terms of volume and execution, it resembles a villa or mansion.
The estate is built symmetrically around a circular front courtyard, which is accessed by a gate at the beginning of the driveway. On one side of the courtyard is a barn, and at the end is the house of the Lord. The Lord’s house was destroyed during world war II and after the reconstruction, the original interior design has not been preserved. In 1928, the building has been equipped with side housing, adapting to the needs of the School of Agriculture, since 1936 the School of Agriculture has changed its name to the Malnava Agricultural Technical School.
Of the farm buildings preserved in the first half of the 19th century built barn in the style of classicism, with two portico of four columns in the main facade, as well as several farm buildings. The manor complex is complemented by a park where exotic shrubs and trees remain.
