In 1872, in the previously named Shtilfried (Lani), in 1872, the house of the Lani estate (Landhof) was completed, the owner of which until 1940 was Baron Reinhard fon Fegezak.
The estate had a beautiful Apple orchard, surrounded by a stone fence, covered with tiles on top. The garden of the estate and the Park were cleaned by a gardener from Germany. The area is 4.5 ha. A Linden tree and a maple alley lead to the Park. On the street from the manor is an orchard, behind it – a Park. The surrounding area is strongly converted to school needs (equipped with sports fields). The Park’s seedlings are based on local species.
