The neo-Baroque manor house was built in place of the previous house in the 19th century. From 1937 to the present, the Koceni manor was equipped with the Koceni basic school, for the needs of which the building was rebuilt in the 30s of the 20th century. In the rebuilt buildings of the estate, a sports house and a house of culture were built.
The area of the Park is 6.25 ha, of which the pond occupies 0.88 ha. In front of the manor is a wide, symmetrical front yard with hedges and flowers. Behind the estate is a free Park with a pond. The Park is equipped with a school Playground. There are planted many oaks, ash trees, and roses.
