The development of the estate was formed from the 18th century to the beginning of the 20th century. The estate was built in the middle of the 19th century and subsequently rebuilt many times. After a fire in 1904, the building was rebuilt, giving it the signs of classicism. In the 30s of the 20th century, the building was equipped with a basic school, which operated until 2004.
To the East of the Palace of the estate stretches a Park with a pond. The grounds of the garden estate pavilion with a staircase are preserved in the Park. The area is 10.7 ha, including a 0.7 ha pond. The Park is built on a slow slope to the East of the Central building. In the center is an irregular field, then a complex configuration pond containing decorative groups of coniferous trees. In the southern part of the Park there are 2 terraces with a stone platform, stairs, rows of trees. The Park displays local and exotic species of trees and shrubs.
