BRASLAVA MANOR

The manor house was damaged in the 1st world war, the restoration of the reconstruction was carried out according to the project of the architect V. L. Boxlaf. On the other hand, the 16th to 17th century Braslava manor belonged to the Valen family. In 1672 Braslava manor along with Doktormuiza manor rated Axel Erickson Uksenshern, and then to his heirs. After 1727, fon Felkersam worked in Braslava, and from 1780 – fon Kaumerni. During the birth of the Kaumern’s, they built a large house of the master and built a landscape park of 16 hectares. The house of the master was burned down in 1919.

The Park area is 15.25 ha. The layout is free, the landscape. The estate was located in a part of the park. There is a lot of spruce in the park, but the plantations are also based on leaf trees.
