The monument of culture of local significance was built in the early 20th century in the style of historicism. In the construction volume of the building, there are interpretive interpretations of the roof structure of the attic – irregular sets of roof proportions, construction of a half-timbered roof at the ends of the building, and the contrast of Windows with a spacious facade at the 1st floor level.
In the former, the estate is a doctorate and the Department of Aluksne pension house. Since 1996, a Branch of the Aluksne pension house. The clinic and the ambulance team continued to work. Now a pension and an ambulance team.
The park area is 3.6 ha. They serve as plantings of a zonal hospital. On the side of the central building was a well-kept front yard, on the opposite side a terraced slope with trees surrounded by trees and rows of plantings. Local and foreign tree species are planted in the park.
